These terms cover Simple Count, the countdown app for iPhone and iPad, and this website. By using them you agree to these terms.
The app
Simple Count is free to download. Simple Count Pro is an optional one-time purchase made through the App Store; Apple's terms cover payment, refunds and Family Sharing. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app as well.
Your content
The countdowns, notes, photos and files you add are yours. They stay on your device and in your own iCloud; we can't see them (see the Privacy Policy). When you share a countdown with Count Down Together, the people you invite can see and change it. Only share what you have the right to share.
Social media
We post videos and pictures of the app on our own Instagram, X and TikTok accounts. These show demo countdowns, never anyone's real data.
No warranty
Simple Count is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, so don't rely on it as the only reminder for something critical. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
